The word for the day is "flow"
How will you flow today?
Will you allow that which is in front of you to flow though you and back in to the universe in one fluid motion?
I am flowing with you in this moment...
Can you feel my heart beat?
With every gentle tap of a beat - I love you...
Flow - movement of love expressed...

Michael's beautiful word's brought much comfort at such a terrible time in my life.. The loss of my fiance who died tragically ,has altered my perception and belief's about life and death . Everything we love is sacred and no love is ever lost or in vain.."Wade" will forever live in my heart and soul.. I look forward to the day we meet again....
