I have decided to start what I call project "Just Be"...
This project has no definable time limit to it...
For as long as it remains interesting I am going to experience this moment of NOW, notice how I am labeling people or things, remove the label of whatever it is that I am labeling and just experience being with this ______ without labeling it.
You are welcome to join me in this project if you would like to.
What will your experiences be?
I noticed that when I was driving I labeled it "driving "so I removed the label of "driving"...
I noticed an expansiveness occurring "as if" the car was much bigger...
I removed the label of car...the expansiveness grew much larger...
I noticed the road, and removed the label of "road" as it felt as if I was floating or gliding along the pavement...
I removed the label of "pavement" and a feeling of freedom occurred...
I removed the label of "I" and feeling of connectedness occurred...
A smile occurred at the beauty of the connectedness...
Removed the label of "connectedness" and all felt as one...
Removed the label of "one" and a vast feeling peace and love, void and fullness all at the same time was the experience...
How do our labels limit our experience of life?
How do they confine us?
How do our labeling thoughts about life limit our experience?
What would happen if we released the labels of races? If one by one we stripped labels we place on people, could any predigest survive?
What if we noticed every time we went to blame our spouse, the government, churches, other countries what if we stripped the label of whatever it was that we were trying to project blame onto, what happens? What do you experience as you do this?
What if children were taught to release labels as soon as they occur, how might the future be different?
Project "Just Be"...
It could be a meaningless thought, or something that helps to make the world a better experience...
If you enjoy what you experience as you are releasing labels and experiencing "Just Being" then pass it on to others...
