What's right with loving each and every person you meet with all your heart?

Everything...

When you look far enough within yourself, you will find a love that that has no end...

A love that is without any conditions...

Q:  If this love inside you is an endless supply, how can you lose it?

A : You can't lose it...so smile!  Relax and share it!

Yes, I have not wrote in a while. I have been busy working on a book. I will let you all know when it's finished.

until then I will be posting here and there when I have time to.

Love to you all!

The "United" States of America!

Witnessing surrender...

Just came back from watching a political candidate who is running for President.

Half way though his speech you could see where he surrendered to the holy spirit... At that very moment he went from OK to amazing...because the holy spirit is amazing...

The love, the togetherness, the uplifting of people, with a filled Mellon Area in Pittsburgh, this candidate captured and captivated the audience though surrendering to the holy spirit.

I was undecided until I felt that familiar energy of unconditional love...

That same energy that I allow, and channel in all my hypnotherapy sessions...

Yes, holy spirit has my vote!

The message has nothing to do with the person saying the words...

Obama is just the channel, the message he is channeling, now that is divine...

My friends who very much dislike Obama need to know that I do feel that both Obama and McCain have very poor ideas on how to fix the issues in America.

If I was voting based on both candidates proposals of how they would fix the issues I would not have voted for either candidate.

I do feel that America needs to be brought together as one nation again.

So many do not even know their own neighbors name, let alone anything about them. We focus on this person is this or that based on job or lack of job...yet their are just a fellow American...

Every time that you say one bad thing about any American you are dividing America! And you are making America weaker.

The very basics of battle or war strategy is called "Divide and Concur"

Your proposed enemies that would divide and concur you do not need to lift a finger to do the first part. You do it all on your own.

You listen to one sided radio or TV shows that further divide this great country of ours and you call your self patriotic saying this this whole group of Americans are the problem!

Still to this date more people died in the "Civil War" fought right here on our own soil, than did so in any war since.

Yet, you do not learn by the very history that stares you in the face...

You insist on being Republican or Democratic - This side, or that side - NORTH OR SOUTH...

You need to wake up and see where you are all headed, when your focus on division.

Put down your petty differences and learn to work with one another.

Whither America becomes stronger, or weaker depends on what you do next!

I listened to so many people who are saying this election will affect me this way, or effect me that way, with no concern for how it will affect the All of America!

President of the United States is just that - Its President of the United States!
Not president of little you personally! If you can not grasp that, then you should not be voting at all!

We are one Nation Under God - and we will be indivisible again!

I voted for the candidate to is most focused on uniting people in common purpose of respecting and loving one another.

That candidate was Obama hands down...was he the most inexperienced candidate running for office...

Yet he won the election...

He won as the next President of the United States...

If that alone does not say that America is shouting to be unified as one nation, as one people, as one America...where we are one family who actually gives a shit about one another, then I don't know what does!

People care so much about their own imitate family, but when it comes to their greater family "America" they are so quick to abandon them!

Why?

Have you not learned anything from history?

Do you wish for another civil war?

Is that what you really want?

If you can't care about your fellow Americans, in this family we call America - than that is just sad...

I do care, and I hope you find a way in your heart to start caring too.

America is a family...

Yes, we are at times very dysfunctional family, but let's work at healing that dysfunction.

Start by learning how to accept your fellow family members (other Americans) just as they are...

They are how they are...

Accepting them does not mean that you have to be like them...

It just means that you respect the way that they are as they respect the way that you are...

When that happens, we have family of Americans that is strong, that is united, that is powerful.

A fellow American is only a stranger till you say hello and allow them to become your friend...

Friends are so much more powerful than strangers...don't you agree?

Together let's make America even stronger, and an even more wonderful place to live!

Hug a fellow American today!

Say hello!

Make a new friend!

Allow "United" States to really mean "United"!

smile...

Oneness lesson part 2

Each and every person you see is but a mirror...

Will you shatter that mirror with verbal or physical attack?

thus attacking yourself...

Or will you uplift yourself though unconditional love and acceptance?

thus freeing yourself...

What will you do next, and why will you do it?

Oprah - Judged, sentenced and conviced

First watch this video here

Now maybe you can explain a few things to me...

Isn't Jesus Christ the spiritual leader of the Catholic church?

Didn't Jesus say something along the lines of

"love thy neighbor as thy self..."

and something similar to

"Judge not unto others, lest ye be judged..."

(As you judge others, you are judging "you" at the very same time as we are not really separate)

"Forgive everyone..."

"You will do what I do, and more..."

(For Christ is in your heart, when you let go of what your not, "ego" the unconditional love of Christ is all that is left. You thoughts, feelings and actions will reflect this unconditional love...This is what Eckhart Tolle was really saying on Oprah.)

" I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me."

(If you do not embrace the unconditional love in your heart - instead of judgment, the way to eternal life is clouded by you, and by you alone... You will repeat this again and again till you surrender the ego... Then all is made as one in the kingdom without end...)

How many people do you remember Jesus condemning?

When Jesus met Mary Magdalen did he say "Your a sinner and your going to hell if you don't change your ways!"

No, he loved and accepted her as she is.

"But that's Jesus, I can't do that" you say

I say "bullshit!" That lame excuse is over and done with.

If your a Christian then you have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart. So you have unconditional love, unconditional acceptance in your heart in each and every second of your life...

Now open up to that love and let it guide your actions...

When a church or person asks you to judge someone or something just say " No, I decided to listen to the unconditional love in my heart. Since I have - my heart sings with joy...and you will feel it singing with joy..."

The church is so focused on death and sacrifice that they actually have a mass each and every week.

Instead of focusing on life, love and forgiveness (the very teachings of the spiritual leader of the church) they choose to focus on death and sacrifice and we can't forget the "S" word "Sin"...

I should not complain as they keep me employed. I have worked with large numbers of clients over the years who are emotional wrecks directly do the the guilt installed by the Catholic church. Many have tried to commit suicide because they have been lead to believe they are so bad.

Is this really the teachings of Christ?

Is this love?

How many people do you remember Christ instilling guilt in?

The truth is if you instill guilt and fear people return for forgiveness and your numbers grow...

Is the house of the holy really reduced to nothing more than a big business promoting guilt and fear instead of unconditional love and forgiveness?

Isn't it time for positive change?

What if these were the weekly teachings in each and every Catholic and Christian church?

I choose...

I choose to love my neighbor as Christ loves me...

I choose to uplift everyone person I meet...

I choose to smile at the next person I see, just to let them know that I accept them as they are...

I choose to feel the excitement of the love of Christ that I have accepted in my heart...

I choose to allow joy into my life...

I choose not to spend time with people, but rather to share time with them...

I choose to accept everyone I meet unconditionally...

I choose to allow my spirit to soar, as I embrace each and every holy thought that I share...

I choose to hug my Priest, look them in the eyes and tell them I love them with all my heart...

I choose to love my family with all their current flaws, I accept them as they are with open arms...

I choose to say two nice things about every person that I meet...As I look for the good, so shall I know it...

I choose embrace the kindness of Christ's love in my heart...I choose to listen to that voice...

If Oprah were here right now - I would walk up to her and give her a hug of complete love and acceptance...for that is what Christ would do...

The time for judgment is at an end...The kingdom of love and acceptance has begun...

Will you join your kingdom?

A hug...

I am always amazed at how wonderful hugs are...

It is such a way of saying "I accept you as you are"

I hug just about everyone I meet...the only ones I don't are those who would be upset to get a hug..

Anyone who knows me knows this about me...

Why?

Because I do accept you all...

I accept you just as you are...

Should you want to change who you are and ask me for help I will be there helping you...

I will accept the new you, just as I accepted the old you...

You deserve all of my acceptance, and all of it you shall have with every breath I take...

I love to hug strangers too...

They deserve my acceptance too, I give it to them as I share a hug...

Who will you share a hug with?

Here is my favorite hug video!

Books? Yea baby!

Can You Spell Bibliophile?

November 13th, 2007 by Richard Cockrum

Do you like books. I like books. I like the smell of old paper. I like the feel of the binding as it rests in my hand while I (click here to read the rest of Ricks post)

My wife, daughter and I all love books.

My reading started when I was very young. I read mostly books on science and human behavior. Eventually my interest shifted to spirituality.

I never knew the fun and adventure you can have in fiction books. My wife turned me onto reading sci-fi and fantasy. It was a wonderful escape into a world of imagination. I read some of David Eddings books which I enjoyed.

My wife and I read the whole Harry Potter series together. Awesome character development there. Get you to care about the characters as if they were your own kids. Very enjoyable reading!

Here is my replies to Rick's Questions:

How many books do I have?

We have just over a thousand books in our home.

What’s the last book I read?

"The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton on Audio book. This is a fantastic book that bridges the science of biology and our thoughts, beliefs and outer world (signals) that choose which DNA blueprints will be not only be selected, but how they will be read.

It blows the old gene theory of predetermination by our inherited genes right out of the water!

If you have ever asked the question why is the body the way that it is?

Buy, and listen to this book! This is one you really want on audio book.

What’s the last book I bought?

Zen in the Art of Archery by Eugen Herrigel. I have not had the chance to read it yet. So no reviews yet.

Five (plus one) Meaningful Books

1. The Celestine Prophecy - by James Redfield - This is the great adventure into beginning spiritual concepts in an Indiana Jones style of fun

2. The Power of NOW - On audio book - I highly suggest getting the audio book of this book. This is a wonderful beginning into deeper spiritual concepts. I have now recommended this book to over a thousand different people and only one out of all of them did not finish it because they did not like it.

3. The Disappearance of the Universe - by Gary Renard - If you have ever said just give me the answers. Just hit me over the head with them. Then this book is for you. Read it to the very end without judgment then go back and read it again. Then buy the audio book and listen to that too. I have recommended this book to hundreds of people who have loved it. It is a very profound - but easy read.

4. Your Immortal Reality - by Gary Renard - Go deeper into the practice of the first book. Both books are a wonderful foundation to the next book on my list of must reads. They are all about this next book.

5. A Course in Miracles - published by a Foundation for Inner Peace - Just as the bible was a spiritual guide for people many, many generations back when it was first wrote. It was of course, wrote for people of that time period in their spiritual evolution.

You know when people where young in their spirituality and thought God can be perfect and judging at the same time.

When they thought that God could be unconditionally loving yet judging and wrathful at the same time.

When you think about how God is described in the Bible its as if he was a toddler. Happy one moment, and throwing a temper tantrum the next. Jealous because he did not get his way and acting out as a result of this.

It was wrote for the people of that time period. Like most books written in the past. It still has some good things to say that apply now too.

A Course in Miracles is written for our generation. Was it divinely inspired? Just read a few pages and you be the judge.

It is the most profound spiritual work of art that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Yes, it is an actual experience in discovering who you are as spirit. It is a systematic stripping away of who you are not. To embrace who you really are and discover the true meaning of the word peace.

It addresses who your not, (your ego mind) in attempt to bring you to who you are - That timeless eternal spirit created by God in all your glory.

It is a path to awakening now.

It is by far the best book I have ever read.

I am currently sharing and teaching a class in A Course in Miracles - It is a wonderful experience beyond words.

the puzzle of life...

Life is like a jigsaw puzzle...

At first it seems like there are so many pieces...

so many colors and shapes...

you ask the question - where do I begin?

you match like colors as people of like color and shape hang out together...

yet as these tribes are formed there is much of the puzzle that is still incomplete..

so you reevaluate the puzzle and you notice that these shapes and colors that seemed different,
really fit too...

so you accept them too...

and their pieces fit perfectly too...

you notice that each piece fits closely to each other piece...

its a harmony of shape, color and closeness...

you place more and more pieces together...

they all fit, at times it make take some time to find out how they fit, but they all do...

until you learn to fit them all the puzzle will remain incomplete...

so you step back and observe as much of the whole puzzle as you can, now the remaining piece fall into place...

as you place them into place...

no one is excluded...

each and every piece was needed to make the "one" whole again...

you go to see what the puzzle is a picture of...

but you can not...

as the whole is a picture of you...

experiencing that picture is beyond all perception...

it is to know God from within...

the unconditional love, and acceptance of all - in one picture...

in one moment...

this moment begins now...

where will you place this next piece of the puzzle standing before you?

The rain of acceptance

What today have you accepted?

What today have you stopped though rejection?

Which action leads to peace?

The eyes in which I see in all others - are very familiar to me...

To see though another's eyes is to know their perception...

To feel their heart is to know their truth...

every beat like a rain drop falling in slow motion...

Can you accept this person in front of you for whom they perceive they are?

Or will you judge them based on how you wish they were?

Will you experience freedom?

Or will you know pain even deeper?

With every beat of your heart comes another moment to accept and love what is in front of you...

What will you do with this next beat of your heart?

in peace of now...

peace...

Some fight for it...

others dream about it...

most see it as unreachable...

Some feel they will experience it when they die...

very few realize they can have it at any moment...

it is never found in the future...

it is never achieved by rehashing the past...

it is achieved in this very moment of NOW...

when a hundred percent of your focus is held on the current moment peace is found...

when you shift back to thoughts of past or future - peace is lost...

you can never achieve peace in the future or past...

you can only have it NOW...

this present moment is priceless, and eternal, yet you miss it as you focus on the future or past...

when will you open your present?

tis a gift that you will treasure beyond time...

for it is the only moment that is outside of time...

this moment where peace is found...

Atheist's are right!

I awake this morning with the thought of a shift...

A positive shift to a love that is not thought much about...

A love that is based in God...

No, not the "ego God" that's a wrathful, vengeful, jealous God...Atheist's are right about this God...

This is a made up God...

This "God" is made up from "human ego" fear...

This wrathful, vengeful, jealous God was then, and is now still made up by man...

This God has a man made purpose to control the thoughts, feelings and actions of people...

To herd people into a specific belief, and keep them there based in fear...

They care not, that this continued instilling of fear keeps them from knowing this made up God...

In fact "human ego" counts on you believing in this fake God of wrath...

It counts on you not asking these questions:

How can GOD be unconditional love - and punish me if I do something wrong at the same time? Isn't "judgment and punishment", and "unconditional love" complete opposites? How could GOD be both if unconditional love is really unconditional?

Is GOD perfect, and if so why is these so much bloodshed and violence in the world?

If there is a GOD how could he let children be molested, or let them starve, or suffer through illness, let little one's be killed?

If GOD is perfect then how could he create anything that wasn't perfect, such as me, I have lots of flaws?

Was Jesus Christ really GOD's only true son? If so, then what does that make me? Where do I fit into that?

I will be answering these questions, and any more you may have, in next series of posts.

The kind of love I am talking about has nothing to do with a made up God...

A man made God is not capable of this kind of love...

human ego made up this fake God...

Human ego has forgotten the meaning of the words - unconditional love...

I'm talking about the real God...

I'm talking about the real love...

The kind that is with out any conditions...

Almost everyone I know has had at least one experience in their life that they felt a love so wonderfully overwhelming that the moment they felt this is for ever etched in their hearts...

That is but a glimpse of the love that I am speaking of...

This love is not outside of you...

But deep down in your heart...

It is the root of your heart...

Unconditional love is what is left when you let go of all the fear that you placed on top of that love...

Each layer of fear you release brings you closer to truth...

There is a real God...

The journey is priceless...

A love with absence of fear...

A dance - with a love without condition...

May I have this next dance?
