Michael cry's with tears of joy...
Are you ready?
A miracle is when true love inside you is found...
Michael has really become somewhat of a master of getting out of the way, and observing the Holy Spirit as it does my my hypnotherapy sessions.
Michael watches...
Michael cry's with tears of joy...
Michael watches in amazement as emotional and physical healings happen in quantum time...
As Michael watches the session begin the Holy Spirit goes right for either the ego or the spirit, depending on the person.
If Michael watches as the holy spirit finds the ego first here is what happens next;
The holy spirit walks right up to the ego and guides my clients throw their arms around the ego and hugs it, and send it so much love, and complete and total acceptance... before my clients have time to object; the dialog begins...
"Tell your ego (which is all the personality parts responsible for all thoughts based in individuality)
"You work so hard all the time without anyone ever acknowledging you, I am acknowledging you right here; right now...
I love you...
I love you, and I thank you, for all the hard work you have done for me all these years...
I know you are so afraid of me abandoning you...
You can let go of all your worries...let go right now of all your fears...for I will never leave you behind...
I open my heart to you, and I give to you right now...all the love that is there...
all the love that I now share with you...
as you feel my arms around you, you know in every part of you, that you are loved completely...
that you are accepted totally...
it is in this, and each and ever moment forth, that I will love and accept, and include you completely...
in this moment all worries of being left behind are let go...are let go...never to return..."
We then ask the ego to respond...
Most times the ego completely shocked and amazed...
for it's one, and only true wish has just been granted...
to see the peace that comes a crossed a person is just a profoundly beautiful sight...
Know this;
All the personality parts which comprise the ego are, as a whole, very much like a small child that was with their parent (God) and we were shopping...
Were were shopping at a huge, and very busy store with lots of people... and we wondered off to explore...
when we did at first we gazed in wonder at all the amazing things that were there, but then we looked around and panic rose up inside us, we felt panic for we were lost... and could not see our daddy (God)
over the loud speaker comes a voice (the holy spirit) that says "will Johnny please come to the service desk your father (God) is waiting for you..."
but we don't hear daddy's voice because we are too scared, we only hear all the voices of strangers around us...
but daddy loves us so much that his voice (the holy spirit) keeps being broadcast in our minds over and over...
and the voice says;
"Johnny, daddy's here...your OK daddy would never leave you...come to the front, and open your eyes for I am here..."
After complete love and acceptance of the ego. The holy spirit then finds the spirit of my client. As this happens the holy spirit corrects all misconceptions between the ego and the spirit. When this happens, the two brothers are joined as one...
your father has never left you...
he is waiting patiently for his little one to come running into his arms...
Run...

One small step... channeling love...
Each year I seem to go through a metamorphosis.
A shedding of the old and bringing in the new, if you will.
In the past I have only been able to "channel" deep spiritual insight when writing.
This year is much different. I have been able to feel the presence of the divine inside, and all around me.
This feeling gently taps me on the head, and says "OK, here is how to present this from a place of unconditional love"
What comes is at times profound, at other times very simple, yet at all times wonderfully based in unconditional love.
What is this voice of love that I am hearing?
The holy spirit?
An Angel?
God?
the voice says "to label me as the holy spirit, an angel, or God would be to label me...everyone has preconceived ideas about the holy spirit, angels, and God...thus the message of love and acceptance would be missed by many..."
"so for now let's say that I am an uplifting voice that gently points out the path to unconditional love...would that be OK for you?"
I am telling the voice "I'm on board with that"
I love the idea of having the path to unconditional love pointed out to me at all times...
The voice is saying "Don't think that your special in hearing this voice...everyone human being, in every different country hears this voice...most have the volume turned down to zero...make sense to you?"
"Yes, I didn't think I was special in hearing you..." I say
"Yes, we know this, we are making it clear for those who are reading this...they too can hear the voice of unconditional love...they must want to hear it, and to turn up the volume on it..."
"so what's the first thing that you want readers to know" I ask
Look...(long pause)
"yea - I'm staring at screen...actually two screens...their pretty!" I say jokingly
I can feel a deep smile...it is a sensation of warmth, a love and acceptance that is truly an amazing feeling....
"The first task is simple..."
ask your readers to look at the person in front of them and ask:
"How can I uplift this person?"
"feel how it feels when someone has done this with you...when someone has allow you to know that you are loved and accepted as you are..."
"now feel that feeling..."
"Now, share that feeling, as you open up all of your senses in this very moment"
"smile an inner smile of joy occurs, as you are provided with just the right thing to say, or do in this situation - to allow this person to take a small step toward a love that is unconditional in nature..."
I like that - "one small step.." I say
"That makes this all much easier!"
"So many of you have just begun to walk...and then are trying to run marathons on the same day...
relax...
unconditional love needs to become familiar again...
embraced in your own time, as it feels comfortable...
as it does, you will remember it...
as you remember it, it will grow slowly till you surrender to the power of it...
unconditional love is the most power force in eternity...
it is the very fabric that eternity is made up of..."
"Wow, that's beautiful!"
"Funny, I used to think that you are my voice" I say
we are your voice...
just not your individual voice...
your individual voice does not know love...
no ones does...
your unified voice knows love well...
for it is love...
"The voice of our spirit?" I ask
spirit is another label that carries with it preconceived thoughts and ideas that are limiting...
you are taken something that is so vast that is unlimited - in all directions, and trying to fit it into a box...
just like every time you believe that you're just a body - when you look in the mirror...
hello! very small box...a tiny container...
saying this is all that you are is just as absurd "as if" you were to go up to someone and say "Hi, I'm Chevy Monte Carlo"
you would never introduce yourself as your car...yet you do it every time you say your name and believe this is all that you are..
labeling anything just reduced your experience of it in a big way...
you already get this...most of your readers do not...
Yes, it is time to end this post...posts that are two long are not going help readers to get the message...
OK, the answer is yes...
I was thinking about the friend I am meeting at Starbucks today. They are saying "yes, to us co-authoring a book together"
you need both the male and female perspective in this book...she is the perfect choice for this...you two were brought together "as friends" to achieve this and much more...you both will have a huge positive impact all many people
we end with love...
a love that includes each and every human being...
for if you exclude just one... you are only pretending to love, but really expressing "fear and hatred" disguised as love...
love brings up everything unlike itself to be healed...the time for healing has begun...

Oprah - Judged, sentenced and conviced
First watch this video here
Now maybe you can explain a few things to me...
Isn't Jesus Christ the spiritual leader of the Catholic church?
Didn't Jesus say something along the lines of
"love thy neighbor as thy self..."
and something similar to
"Judge not unto others, lest ye be judged..."
(As you judge others, you are judging "you" at the very same time as we are not really separate)
"Forgive everyone..."
"You will do what I do, and more..."
(For Christ is in your heart, when you let go of what your not, "ego" the unconditional love of Christ is all that is left. You thoughts, feelings and actions will reflect this unconditional love...This is what Eckhart Tolle was really saying on Oprah.)
" I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me."
(If you do not embrace the unconditional love in your heart - instead of judgment, the way to eternal life is clouded by you, and by you alone... You will repeat this again and again till you surrender the ego... Then all is made as one in the kingdom without end...)
How many people do you remember Jesus condemning?
When Jesus met Mary Magdalen did he say "Your a sinner and your going to hell if you don't change your ways!"
No, he loved and accepted her as she is.
"But that's Jesus, I can't do that" you say
I say "bullshit!" That lame excuse is over and done with.
If your a Christian then you have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart. So you have unconditional love, unconditional acceptance in your heart in each and every second of your life...
Now open up to that love and let it guide your actions...
When a church or person asks you to judge someone or something just say " No, I decided to listen to the unconditional love in my heart. Since I have - my heart sings with joy...and you will feel it singing with joy..."
The church is so focused on death and sacrifice that they actually have a mass each and every week.
Instead of focusing on life, love and forgiveness (the very teachings of the spiritual leader of the church) they choose to focus on death and sacrifice and we can't forget the "S" word "Sin"...
I should not complain as they keep me employed. I have worked with large numbers of clients over the years who are emotional wrecks directly do the the guilt installed by the Catholic church. Many have tried to commit suicide because they have been lead to believe they are so bad.
Is this really the teachings of Christ?
Is this love?
How many people do you remember Christ instilling guilt in?
The truth is if you instill guilt and fear people return for forgiveness and your numbers grow...
Is the house of the holy really reduced to nothing more than a big business promoting guilt and fear instead of unconditional love and forgiveness?
Isn't it time for positive change?
What if these were the weekly teachings in each and every Catholic and Christian church?
I choose...
I choose to love my neighbor as Christ loves me...
I choose to uplift everyone person I meet...
I choose to smile at the next person I see, just to let them know that I accept them as they are...
I choose to feel the excitement of the love of Christ that I have accepted in my heart...
I choose to allow joy into my life...
I choose not to spend time with people, but rather to share time with them...
I choose to accept everyone I meet unconditionally...
I choose to allow my spirit to soar, as I embrace each and every holy thought that I share...
I choose to hug my Priest, look them in the eyes and tell them I love them with all my heart...
I choose to love my family with all their current flaws, I accept them as they are with open arms...
I choose to say two nice things about every person that I meet...As I look for the good, so shall I know it...
I choose embrace the kindness of Christ's love in my heart...I choose to listen to that voice...
If Oprah were here right now - I would walk up to her and give her a hug of complete love and acceptance...for that is what Christ would do...
The time for judgment is at an end...The kingdom of love and acceptance has begun...
Will you join your kingdom?

Project "Just Be"...
This project has no definable time limit to it...
For as long as it remains interesting I am going to experience this moment of NOW, notice how I am labeling people or things, remove the label of whatever it is that I am labeling and just experience being with this ______ without labeling it.
You are welcome to join me in this project if you would like to.
What will your experiences be?
I noticed that when I was driving I labeled it "driving "so I removed the label of "driving"...
I noticed an expansiveness occurring "as if" the car was much bigger...
I removed the label of car...the expansiveness grew much larger...
I noticed the road, and removed the label of "road" as it felt as if I was floating or gliding along the pavement...
I removed the label of "pavement" and a feeling of freedom occurred...
I removed the label of "I" and feeling of connectedness occurred...
A smile occurred at the beauty of the connectedness...
Removed the label of "connectedness" and all felt as one...
Removed the label of "one" and a vast feeling peace and love, void and fullness all at the same time was the experience...
How do our labels limit our experience of life?
How do they confine us?
How do our labeling thoughts about life limit our experience?
What would happen if we released the labels of races? If one by one we stripped labels we place on people, could any predigest survive?
What if we noticed every time we went to blame our spouse, the government, churches, other countries what if we stripped the label of whatever it was that we were trying to project blame onto, what happens? What do you experience as you do this?
What if children were taught to release labels as soon as they occur, how might the future be different?
Project "Just Be"...
It could be a meaningless thought, or something that helps to make the world a better experience...
If you enjoy what you experience as you are releasing labels and experiencing "Just Being" then pass it on to others...

Just be...
I have to get this done,
I have to get that done,
I need this thing,
Daddy I have to take these three Barbie's with us,
I need the PS3 because it has the best Blue Ray for viewing new movies on the new flat screen,
I need this person to say this to me so I feel good enough,
I need peoples approval so I don't doubt,
I need my husband to quit arguing with me,
I have to get my wife not to pick on me,
I will go crazy if I don't have a vacation soon,
Really?
Are these really true?
Do these things really need to happen for you to have happiness?
If you do this, or that happens how long before you say the next statement that says "I need..."
Does needing anything lead to anything but temporary contentment?
No, it does not.
So where is this elusive happiness?
First accepting the fact that it does not come from wanting or needing anything...
It is not found in another person...
It is not found in any one thing...
It comes from first releasing your need to label things...
To label or name anything is to limit it to your senses, and to limit you...
Loose the labels...
Experiencing being in the woods without calling it the woods or trees or ground or sky, but rather experience the beingness of just being without labels...
If I call a sky - a sky the next thing I will do is to judge it - its a gray sky, not as nice as that beautiful sunset the other day...and yet that sky has amazing beingness that you just missed from labeling it and judging it...
Just be with it...
Doing what you ask?
Nothing...
Just being...
What are you talking about? I have to do something...
And all the beauty of the immortal moment of NOW is lost when you think you need to _________
I am?
No, just am...
Just be...
An eternal happiness flows as you "just be"...
It only stops the moment you forget to just be...
There is no sadness of loss...
There is no lack...
There is no absence of peace...
There is the fullness of this eternal moment of now...
A smile a crossed the face of all...
All that will ever be...
As one learns to just be...
Our illusions of separateness are no more...
As love extends in the union of just being...
All is completed in learning to just be...

What net?
best friends sharing joy in the white sand...
making birthday cakes out of sand...
a wonderful party was there...
a great time was had by all who attended...
laugher was felt as sand flew into the air...
a celebration of sharing in the vastness of suggested imagination...
only the adults noticed the volley ball net that crossed the white sand court...
can we ignore the net...
can we enter the fantasy world of four year olds...
the cake was amazing...

A side dish of ice cream
A soft breeze blows...
The warm air crosses the golden shimmer of the sun reflecting off little bodies running...
Wooden platforms, swings, rubber walkways, big tires, and cubby holes to climb through...
White teeth with tiny spaces in between, as giggles brake the silence...
Sand showing small foot prints of the joy that just walked a crossed it...
Independence of exploring alone, and the friendship of sharing with friends...
Grownups making weekend plans...
Children lost in the joy of this moment...
Grab and snatch her away from an swing on coming swing...
A moment later she tries to push a swing already in motion...
Flying though the air she goes as she is flatten on her back...
The ocean of tears flow...
I hold her as I say " Your OK honey"
Her friend says "Lets go get ice cream"
The river stops as the thought of the creamy cold passion enters...
Moments later we are there...
All with different flavors...
Yet all with the same big smile...
A trip to a new park with a side dish of ice cream...
Flow of change
the Universe seems to be in such a flux... I need to feel a little more centered and grounded.
What came was:
The universe is always in constant change. If you are flowing with the change, moving at the same rate of it... Are you then centered and grounded in the flow of change?

Outside your window
The mind has raced for months...
Where is it running to...
It is running from now...
But where to?
Must get to somewhere...
But "now" is here again. There is never a moment when "now" will not be "now"...
It does not matter how fast the mind races, it will never escape this moment of "now"...
Realizing that running is getting no where...
Maybe "now" is here for a reason...
What is this "now"?
What if...
A deep breath and allow the experience of complete lack of resistance to now...
I feel the gentle breeze come in the window...
It caresses my face, and gently blows the tension from my shoulders...
Looking though the glass my eyes fall on the opening of buds on the trees...
The breath of life flows into my lungs, it fills me with a wonderful peace...
The suns golden rays illuminate the innocence of a dog wood tree...
The petals sway gently glowing in the wind...
The tops of the trees are moving in a beautiful dance to the music of the wind...
The magic is noticing them...
What magic is happening outside your window?
Sunday, January 6, 2008
The end of judgment...
We accept innocence that we are...
We can see it in the hearts of others when we look beneath the surface...
When we see but innocence the smile of God wells up within, for truth is upon us...
Judgment becomes an obsolete word...
The kingdom of love is extended without end...
Thursday, January 3, 2008
Perhaps we can...
I feel my hand slowly running down the soft fur...
I marvel at its softness as if I am feeling it for the first time...
I can hear a purring motor of contentment, as big eyes of innocence stare at me...
A few minutes before there were cries of pain as her paw was caught in the heater vent...
As I freed her paw you could see the pain fade, and the joy return...
How often do we feel caught, and unable to get away...
Disconnected, unconnected and alone even when we are with people...
Our hearts seem to be the key...
Perhaps we can ask for and allow the kind, gentle love of God to be there...
A love so silky soft, so pure that we can sense the innocence of its everlasting peace...
Maybe we can reconnect to this eternal love...
Could we feel the kindness and gentleness of God's love in our heart?
Can we allow our pain of feeling separate from God to fade, and our joy to return?
Can we then allow kindness and gentleness to be the outward expression of our inner joy?

is it..
The mind has gone bank and the fingers again begin to move...
what will they type, who are "they" that are typing...
is it you that is typing...
it is you that is love that writes...
it is you that is love that shares...
is it us as one...
peace is upon us as we are one...

The end of attack..
All attack exists in our illusion of separation...
All attack ends beyond it...
It is only in our perception of separation that there is someone who could hurt us, or be hurt by us...
The us that we make is small, separate, will attack, and be attacked...
The "us" that was created and extended by God can never be attacked...
For we are eternally one with everything in a reality beyond time...
This is a state that is beyond attack, for there is nothing that exists outside of us to attack or be attacked...
Asking the Holy Spirit to guide you to experience this state, is asking to know truth...
Every illusion we let go of, brings us closer to that "real us" beyond all illusions...
It is then, that "attack" will cease to exist...

Not a bad trade...
An eternal peace is what we can experience beyond the dream of our separateness...
Yet, we attempt a jiggling act when we try to hold onto our individuality or indivi-duality...and to experience God at the same time...
Individuality is the dream of us being separate form God to begin with...
the dream of us running off to play by ourself...
Now does it make sense why to hold onto to our dream of separateness, and to experience oneness with God at the same time is not possible...
One keeps us dreaming of being away form God...
One awakens us to the eternal peace and joy as we experience God extended though us - as this where we have never left...
We must choose between an illusionary dream of being away from God - or - letting go of the littleness that we are not and awakening to eternal peace that we are as spirit...
Where there is no more need for time...our eyes will have opened to experience sharing unconditional love, peace and joy for an eternity....
Whether we awaken from the dream of separation of sooner or later, does not really matter...
Do we choose peace now, or later is the question...
I release my individuality that kept me dreaming of being away...I give it to the dove that flies in the night...
for it takes away the darkness and loneliness of our perception of separation from God...
It brings in the golden light of love, the awakening to God...
We have given up a nightmare, for an eternity of love...
Not a bad trade...

The ride home...
The wheels of our vehicle turn...
the magic flows...
Every little twinkling light brings such joy to Morgan...
Daddy look another Ho, Ho...
Daddy look a candy cane...
Her joy is a warmth that fills my heart...
Its like a golden light that shines in soft beams, caressing everything it touches...
I begin to see with a new sight inspired by this joy, and love that she bring out in me...
Though the eyes of a child, its as if I am seeing everything for the first time...
We stare in wonder as the wheels of our vehicle continue to turn...
It is our magical ride though this kingdom of lights...
As we travel along...
Each corner we turn another house with more joy to share...
We laugh and point, and laugh some more...
Each string extending out with many little lights that come together to make a shape, and form, making a object that brings smiles to our faces, and joy to our hearts...
How many more smiles will we add when those catch lights in our eyes are shared by others?
Who will you brighten up this holiday season with the joy in your heart, and the twinkle in your eyes?

The painting of our thoughts...
I watch as Morgan pulls her rainbow plastic slinky out the soapy water...
The water flies into the air, as if each drop is racing to touch the sky...
The orchestra of laughter comes from one tiny musician of joy...
One larger musician joins in with deeper laugher...
The audience of Barbie dolls are speechless as they watch the performance...
She plunges the rainbow slinky into the water again...
She pulls it with both hands and the rainbow colors of it remind me of life...
There are many colors, none more important than another...
All in harmony, as everywhere we see one color touches another...
As you look down at the colors you're touching, all the sudden you don't feel so alone...
If you were to continue along the colors you would eventually touch the colors beneath my hands...
Our hands would touch...
And I would smile, as I would call you my friend...
All that we experience in this moment is a painting of our thoughts...
What will you paint next?

Bed Time Angel
"Daddy why does this angel not have a mouth?" says Morgan.
"Well maybe she does not need a mouth to tell you that she loves you. Maybe she just loves you without saying so" I say
"I don't think so, can you please draw a mouth on her" says Morgan
So I take the angel into the office get a marker and draw a nose and a smiley face on her. I hand her back to Morgan.
"That's much better dad!" she says
We say prayers together and I pet her head (her term) and we talk for a while.
As we are first time parents, I ask her how we are doing often.
"Your doing a pretty good job dad. I love you and mommy both!" she says
With a smile I say good night...

The faith of release...
I am silent right now...
Soreness in the throat, ear hurts inside, and the voice has faded...
Yet it is only the voice of the body that has faded...
The real me is still unchanged...
No matter what happens to the body, the real you always remains unchanged...
Yes, God is perfect, and extended you in Gods own image as the timeless, eternal, unchanging, unconditional love, peace, eternal joy and bliss that the "spirit you" as alway been...
The real you was created though a pure extension of God, and is thus timeless and eternal...
It is forever unchanging as it extends eternally in all directions, without limitation...
Look around were you believe your body self to be, and you will notice nothing but limitations...
For the body you is very small, and very limited...
It is limited in knowledge...
Limited in abilities...
Limited for it seems to be separate from everything...
It even has an expiration date just like food does...even though you are not told what this expiration date is...
Yet though all these limitations so many of you insist in placing all of your identity in this little body...
Why is that?
Because that "little you" is familiar to you...
Thus it feels safe and secure to you on some level...
Because you know it...
Fear often arises when you even think or consider what is outside of this little you...
This is not amusing, as peace, love and eternal joy are what awaits...
Yet just as a first time diver - you stand, and jump up and down on the board...
Will you take the plunge?
Will you release what you have made, to embrace what God has created...that timeless eternal you that is pure unconditional love...
Deep faith is about letting go of what your not "judged, judging, just a body, not connected, conditionally loved, conditionally loving, fear, hurt, sadness, pain, suffering, loss..."
To embrace what you are - a wonderful timeless, eternal spirit that is unchanging, unconditional love, peace, eternal joy and bliss...
To give up a dream of separation - to awaken to an eternity of joy...
I want nothing more than for you to experience who you are in the deepest level...
for you to experience complete peace...complete and total love...
So will you continue to dream...
For as long as you hold onto the "nothing of separation from the unconditional love that you are..."
you will continue your dream of being away from God...you will have and lose all that you love, and then do it again - in a "groundhog day" - till you decide you will make another choice...
Where do you want to root your identity next?
or will you choose to awaken...
Do you want to choose that you that is timeless and eternal joy and bliss?
You have the power to choose joy or pain in every moment of your life...
Where do you put your faith in this moment?
Will you give up nothing, to gain everything?
Know peace, know unconditional love, know the real you...
You can chose to know this NOW...
What lies beyond the limited is the eternal you...
To experience the eternal in every moment of now...
To know God within and without in the eternal bliss of you...
The Lords Prayer - repost
Friday, June 22, 2007
What's you view of the Lord's prayer?
This wonderful prayer is shared weekly by millions and millions of people from all over the globe. For many it is shared daily.
Lets first look that the prayer in its entirety, and then we will brake it down as we share it together.
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
Now lets take this line by line and break it down so that it makes even more sense!
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Our father - the creator of our timeless eternal spirit of unconditional love - who is in our true home in this very moment of now...
Hallowed be thy Name.
Most holy father, you are but one God - no matter what name you are called in what religion, or country we perceive you, you are our love, our life, and we praise you...
Thy kingdom come.
When we awaken from the dream of being separate from you...yes the kingdom of your love will we share eternally...
Thy will be done,
We will awaken father...
awaken to the our singular purpose for that which we were extended from you...
awaken to share unconditional love for all eternity...
On earth as it is in heaven.
This dream of separation from you "known as earth" will no longer be a dream of separation...
we will awaken to remember we never left you, we have been so safe...
safe in our real reality, only ever harmed in a dream of separation...
Give us this day our daily bread.
Help us to hear the voice of the holy spirit in our minds....
The holy spirit is our guide sent by you, to help us to awaken from this nightmare of being separate from you...
Help us to hear the holy spirit's voice - the voice that only leads to thoughts, and acts based on unconditional love...
Help us to forgive and release any ego thoughts that are of judgment and harm to others...
Daily intention
It is our intention today, and every day to hear the voice of unconditional love, to embrace love, and share that voice...
And forgive us our trespasses,
Forgive us for dreaming of being away from you...for all our unkind actions in this dream are based on fear...
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
every moment we forgive we are listening to your guide the holy spirit...
Help us to hear your guide in every moment...
And lead us not into temptation,
The other voice in your mind that says God is a punishing, vengeful, wrathful, fearful God and you better hide from him...
this is a fake voice...
it is the voice of your own pretend individuality...
this is the fake voice of the ego...
how long will you continue to listen to a voice that keeps you from remembering unconditional love?
Forgive it, and release it, for it is not of God, and thus is not now, nor will it ever be, real...
You must let go of what is not real, to remember what is...
But deliver us from evil.
Deliver us from this ego voice that says your everything bad...
That you should be feared...
Unconditional love never judges, nor will it ever have the capacity to judge...
- So quit running away from God -
and turn around, smile, and
run to God...
run with your arms spread wide,
tears of joy running down your face,
and jump into God's love...its forever eternal, it's for ever yours, take it now...
For thine is the kingdom,
God's kingdom is our birthright,
It is our kingdom to share...
God who is perfect love, extended "it self" as "you" who as spirit are also perfect love...
you were extended for the sole purpose of sharing unconditional love - eternally...
heaven is the only real home we will ever have...
as spirit we extend the kingdom of God as a timeless sharing of unconditional love...
When we do this on earth though acts of unselfish sharing, we begin to awaken and remember who we really are...
and the power,
The power sharing unconditional love...
and the glory,
Living and sharing love with God eternally, it is a reality, it is our true reality, you have but to embrace it...
for ever and ever.
Eternally...
Amen.
We believe...

The smell of rain...the e-mail
Today I received an e-mail which was forward from a friend/client of mine. She received the e-mail from one of her co-workers.
In the e-mail was a lot of posts from both my blogs put into a Microsoft Word doc.
When my friend/client forwarded it to me she had no idea that it was from my blogs.
OK, so maybe I am wrong in my assumption that not many people getting to read that which I am writing.
I already got my writing forwarded back to me though forwarded e-mails.
Here's to sharing positive writing!
I have one more big thing to be thankful about this thanksgiving!

A hug...
It is such a way of saying "I accept you as you are"
I hug just about everyone I meet...the only ones I don't are those who would be upset to get a hug..
Anyone who knows me knows this about me...
Why?
Because I do accept you all...
I accept you just as you are...
Should you want to change who you are and ask me for help I will be there helping you...
I will accept the new you, just as I accepted the old you...
You deserve all of my acceptance, and all of it you shall have with every breath I take...
I love to hug strangers too...
They deserve my acceptance too, I give it to them as I share a hug...
Who will you share a hug with?
Here is my favorite hug video!

I Am Angry (probably not at you)
Lately, I have started to notice just how angry of a person I am. If you know me either personally or through my writing you may be shocked to find out that I am riddled with anger.Click here to read the rest of Craig Photography post
Anger is an easy emotion to find.
It comes from our perception of unfairness.
From our expectation that people are going to be a certain way.
If you expect that people some are not going to "think their way is the only way" then you will be disappointed and angry.
With many people that is just the way that it is.
Our world has a perceived population of over 6.5 billion people with each and every person seeing life from a different point of view, and we wonder why our opinions and actions differ?
I wonder why they don't differ more often (smiling)
There are as many paths as their are snowflakes...
Many lead to anger...
Others lead to other emotions...
Which ones should you take?
What do you wish to experience?
It's your choice, you choose to experience everything you see, hear, touch, taste, smell and more...
I have learned one very important thing which is this:
Choosing individuality holds us to experiencing what is here...
Letting it go frees you to experience what is beyond here...
Observing and experiencing it seems to be that way for everyone.
Not everyone wants to experience what is beyond here.
For it is what is not familiar to them.
Your all in the drivers seat...you are in complete control over where you go next...
I gave up on trying to change the world a long time ago, I decided to change my mind about it instead.
Through my blog I try to share some paths to peace for those who wish to walk them...they are not the only paths but ones that some will relate to.
How many will?
Maybe a handful at most.
Thats fine with me.
Even if I only touch one person in a positive way, then all the writing I do is worth it.
My goal is to be positive with every person I meet in person, or don't meet though my writing.
But that's just my gig.
It doesn't have to be yours.
You choose where you are right now, and where you will be tomorrow...
If you want to be angry, then it's your right to be angry.
If you don't want to be angry then drop your expectation of people to zero.
The number of total acceptance and be free of the anger.
I am telling you nothing you don't already know.
Fun with shopping!
While I was grocery shopping I focused on the love in the hearts of each and every person my eyes fell upon.
I felt sadness and hurt with some people, others were very guarded...
I focus deeper beyond that hurt, beyond those wall and shields...
I focus deep inside their hearts to a love that is beyond all hurts...beyond all need for protection, for this love is timeless and eternal, and can never be taken away...
Then I met their eyes and smiled at them...
As this store was very big, and very crowded their were many people who I did this with.
People smiled back...
Some said "Hi"...
Some even stopped and talked to me as if they have known me all their life...
Some seemed busy and upset, till our eyes met...
Then they seemed to forget what they were upset about, and started smiling...
how simple it is to see the beauty in each and every person on a walk though a store...
How simple it is to bring joy by seeing the love in everyone...
Will your next shopping trip be boring, or will it be an experience to remember?
Will you experience the joy as you recognize it in others?
Will you share it with a stranger?
Will you experience that they are not really a stranger after all...
Will you smile today?
The path to one...

If We Were One
November 17th, 2007 by Richard CockrumIf I gave you love,
spoke the secret of my heart
would you share my dreams?
Would you...
Click here to read the rest.
Rick, you do not have to do a thing,
by you simply being who you are, that is enough to awaken our one soul...
I do love your poem though (big smile)
The path to one...
If we were one I would smile right now - as I am smiling...
If we were one in this dream of life I could;
feel a tree rooted and grounded, yet who's branches sway with the caress of wind... a tree silently observing what we call life...
think of someone water skiing and feel all the sensations of water skiing...
think of someone racing a car and feel all those sensations too...
think of a mother and child and experience the love of birth...
know that I need for nothing material, as someone somewhere that we are one with has it...
take my attention to the wind flow, gently caressing all that I touch, swirling and flowing... stopping to take a breath, and flowing again...
walk down into a pyramid in Egypt...see the hieroglyphics of communication of that time...feel connected to them...
meditate with monks in Tibet...
These are all things that I have experienced on the path to peace...
These all show our connectedness, but still are but a step on your path to true oneness...
Oneness with separation, or oneness with a dream of being separate from God, is the first big experience on your path to knowing peace...
although a place of greater peace than where you perceive you currently are...it is not the final answer...do not settle till you know God within...
Till you are able to see God in every "Shard of Consciousness" or person if you will...
I could take my attention to your heart...I could go beyond all the hurt to find a love that is timeless and eternal as the very spirit that it represents...I do...Do this with every person you meet...experience what you discover...
A wise monk once said "If you can't see God in the next person you meet, you need not look any further..."
Let this be your goal...
For truth of these words is yours now...

Sunday's TSO concert!
The snow flakes were falling...but we were indoors...
Lasers were beaming in lines that intersected as they pulsed to the beat...
Waling guitars jamming the wonderful energy of the Celebration of Christmas...
Fire shooting up...in time with the music...
fireworks blazing...
Orchestra musicians with the bows buzzing to the huge energy of this sharing of music...
softer now...
Echo's of a booming, deep, caring voice of a narrator telling a Christmas story...
Amazing songs intertwined around this beautiful story...
some soft, and touching...
some in high energy of the celebration of sharing...
This is an amazing sensory sharing in the love of celebration...
A celebration of joy...
A sharing of profound music by a band of women and men known as Trans Siberian Orchestra or TSO.
If you get the chance to see them in concert do not miss it!
Here are some videos of TSO here, here, here and here
Many people have made their home outdoor Christmas displays around TSO's music. here

Movie Review - Beowulf in digital 3D
OK that spear is coming and I'm moving out of the way!
A digital 3D CG movie...
Wow, Wow and Wow again!
The Digital 3D in this movie was so amazing, I was completely blown away!
It was the coolest movie watching experience ever! Everything had such amazing depth and clarity.
I am now a big fan of Digital 3D!
"Beowulf" is one of the oldest folk stories.
The spiritual meaning I got from the movie was this...
In land of physical we can have gold riches and lust...
We think it will make us happy...
We grow to find out this is not true...
We start over again...
We are back again with gold riches and lust....
We think it will make us happy...
We grow to find out this is not true...
We start over again...
That is where the movie ends...
Will this be where your movie ends?
When will you decide to make a new choice?
When will you look within, to find the love that you already have is eternal?
When will you learn that unconditional love never judges?
When will you realize that this love that never judges is within you?
When will I be patient till you find this?
As long as it takes...
One...
Stillness of the heart...
One beat...
One breath...
One brother...
One son...
One is the sound of an eternal heart...
One is the love of all...
One is the fire of all hopes and dreams...
One is the extension of the father...
One level...
One love...
One God...

Books? Yea baby!
Can You Spell Bibliophile?
November 13th, 2007 by Richard CockrumDo you like books. I like books. I like the smell of old paper. I like the feel of the binding as it rests in my hand while I (click here to read the rest of Ricks post)
My wife, daughter and I all love books.
My reading started when I was very young. I read mostly books on science and human behavior. Eventually my interest shifted to spirituality.
I never knew the fun and adventure you can have in fiction books. My wife turned me onto reading sci-fi and fantasy. It was a wonderful escape into a world of imagination. I read some of David Eddings books which I enjoyed.
My wife and I read the whole Harry Potter series together. Awesome character development there. Get you to care about the characters as if they were your own kids. Very enjoyable reading!
Here is my replies to Rick's Questions:
How many books do I have?
We have just over a thousand books in our home.
What’s the last book I read?
"The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton on Audio book. This is a fantastic book that bridges the science of biology and our thoughts, beliefs and outer world (signals) that choose which DNA blueprints will be not only be selected, but how they will be read.
It blows the old gene theory of predetermination by our inherited genes right out of the water!
If you have ever asked the question why is the body the way that it is?
Buy, and listen to this book! This is one you really want on audio book.
What’s the last book I bought?
Zen in the Art of Archery by Eugen Herrigel. I have not had the chance to read it yet. So no reviews yet.
Five (plus one) Meaningful Books
1. The Celestine Prophecy - by James Redfield - This is the great adventure into beginning spiritual concepts in an Indiana Jones style of fun
2. The Power of NOW - On audio book - I highly suggest getting the audio book of this book. This is a wonderful beginning into deeper spiritual concepts. I have now recommended this book to over a thousand different people and only one out of all of them did not finish it because they did not like it.
3. The Disappearance of the Universe - by Gary Renard - If you have ever said just give me the answers. Just hit me over the head with them. Then this book is for you. Read it to the very end without judgment then go back and read it again. Then buy the audio book and listen to that too. I have recommended this book to hundreds of people who have loved it. It is a very profound - but easy read.
4. Your Immortal Reality - by Gary Renard - Go deeper into the practice of the first book. Both books are a wonderful foundation to the next book on my list of must reads. They are all about this next book.
You know when people where young in their spirituality and thought God can be perfect and judging at the same time.
When they thought that God could be unconditionally loving yet judging and wrathful at the same time.
When you think about how God is described in the Bible its as if he was a toddler. Happy one moment, and throwing a temper tantrum the next. Jealous because he did not get his way and acting out as a result of this.
It was wrote for the people of that time period. Like most books written in the past. It still has some good things to say that apply now too.
A Course in Miracles is written for our generation. Was it divinely inspired? Just read a few pages and you be the judge.
It is the most profound spiritual work of art that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
Yes, it is an actual experience in discovering who you are as spirit. It is a systematic stripping away of who you are not. To embrace who you really are and discover the true meaning of the word peace.
It addresses who your not, (your ego mind) in attempt to bring you to who you are - That timeless eternal spirit created by God in all your glory.
It is a path to awakening now.
It is by far the best book I have ever read.
I am currently sharing and teaching a class in A Course in Miracles - It is a wonderful experience beyond words.
Daddy who is God?
Our three year old Morgan asked me "Daddy who's God"
I replied "Honey you know how you snuggle with daddy and mommy and you hold us tight?"
(She nods)
"You know that feeling of love inside that is so deep that it just feels so warm and wonderful as you hug us?"
(she nods again)
"That love that we share is God in your heart..."
"That love will be there in every moment of your life..."
"Allow it to grow in you, and it will blossom as you do..."
"OK, daddy I will" she says
"Everyone has that same love within them, as everyone has God within. Only most don't know he's there yet...but they will..." I say
And with a big smile on her face I know she gets it.
I smile back...as we share this smile of peace...
Smile - as your starting to get it :-)

The laryngitis has lifted...
Freedom...
Trust in the voice that knows no judgment...
Allow that voice to be yours...
For in fact, beyond all illusions...
That really is your voice...
Aren't you glad to have it back?

I am gratful...
As I was reading Shards of Consciousness Sunday Reading 11 Nov 2007. (Which BTW I really love reading)
I read about Nneka running a Season of Gratitude
The fingers begin to type as my mind goes blank...
I am grateful for my father - God...
I am thankful to be an extension of God...
Created for the purpose of sharing love, creating, and extending that love in an infinite kingdom that is beyond time...
When I am not dreaming of being away, I experience that love that is beyond words...
I experience the full meaning of my creation in infinite bliss...
I am thankful for my role as a guide in the dream of separation...
I am thankful that it is only in a nightmare that we could be separate from God...
I am thankful that only in a nightmare could we hurt one another...
In a nightmare where we forgot to laugh...
In a nightmare where we forgot who we are...
In a nightmare where we forgot God...
I am thankful for your voice gently calling...
It's OK, you were just dreaming...You've never left me...I could never forsake you...you are my extension and my love...
Peace be it that which knows "only love is real..."
I am thankful for your voice, as it is my voice...as "our voice" is but one...
I rejoice as each part of one mind finds the truth of love and awakens...
I am thankful to see Christ in each and every person, no matter how deeply they try to hide who they really are...
I am thankful for most powerful word in our language...
Surrender...
To surrender the attachment of an individual dream identity, to know the eternal spirit that you are...
I am thankful to be able to give up what is nothing, to gain what is everything...
I am thankful for this eternal moment of NOW in which peace knows no end...
I am thankful for you reading this...for as you do - Christ's eyes are reading these words, and smiling deeply within...
Great fun with Neuroplasticity!
Neuroplasticity, Neuroplasticity - gettin down - with the Neuroplasticity...
Oh, sorry about that, was just having fun with the Neuroplasticity rap...
Come on sing it, it's fun!
On Wednesday, Nov 7th on the Craig Photography blog John asked for replies on if we felt photography affected the Neuroplasticity of the brain.
As this subject can get as complicated as it's name is, I am going to shoot for just the basics, to just barely touch on how photography can affect the brain.
First off lets define what "Neuroplasticity" is for those who are going Neuro-what?
I really like this definition found on this page
Plasticity, or neuroplasticity: is the lifelong ability of the brain to reorganize neural pathways based on new experiences.
So can photography help the neuroplasticity of the brain?
Yes, it can.
Does it always do this?
No, it does not.
Ever look at a photograph and go "that does nothing for me?"
You feel no emotion evoked when viewing the photograph, it's just there.
Sure you have.
In contrast when you see a photograph that is very moving to you, you feel captivated by it. You feel it deeply inside you. It is a rush of emotion, many chemical shifts are happening in the brain as this happens.
"I have never see an innocence captured that way before..."
"Wow, there is so much warmth, I can really feel the love between those people, never seen that captured on film that way before..."
"New" is the experience of the viewing of these two different kinds of photographs.
The profound evoking of emotion, and the "New" of the experience of the photograph invokes the reorganization neural pathways.
How about impressionistic photographs?
Photographs that force your imagination to be invoked...
Force you to see and imagine something brand new...
OK lets go back to the definition again...
Lets see here...
Plasticity, or neuroplasticity: is the lifelong ability of the brain to reorganize neural pathways based on new experiences.
Hmmm "new experiences"
Check!
Impressionism would fall into that category.
"A picture is worth a thousand words..."
Sound familiar to you?
Why have you head this phrase before? Because in many cases it is true.
So...
When photographing...
do you want to take a 2D flat photo that says nothing or -
maybe you could...
move...
shift as you look at things from different angles / /
change the lighting...
change the ____-------=====> composition...
change your depth of field...
feel your creativity flowing as you...
do what ever it takes to make it -
a work of art...
when you are happy with it...
press the button and just smile...
Share in the neuroplasticity that will be invoked by your photographic art!
Could it be that healing is just a click away?

The infinite step...
We have taken many steps though out what we call life...
Which of these has been forward?
Which has been in reverse?
We think we know where life begins and ends...
If you think you know, then you are wrong...
For "thinking" is of the mind, and the mind has no idea where real life begins and ends...
Your spirit however, knows this well...
It knows its beginning as a "spark of extension" of a love so pure it defines the word "unconditional"...
It knows not it's ending...for it has no ending...
It is forever infinite...
Who you really are can never die...
Endings are only for dreams...
For "God" is your beginning, and your continuation...
Aren't you glad to know you can choose to be who you really are?

Daddy, its grandma Ferrari!
Morgan was so excited to see her grandma on the computer screen!
Morgan will usually not talk on the phone, she just listens.
But seeing her grandma on the screen, she talked and was very excited about it!
I just have to get all the grandparents up and running so they can all see and talk to her though the computer.
There is even a button to record the video/conversation and e-mail it to friends and family.
Technology is really amazing!
We bought a Philips - Pixel Plus Web Cam Model SPC900 NC/00
It is one of a few that will work well with Windows Vista.
If you happen to get one ignore the instructions on the CD pull off the red tape and plug it into the USB port on your machine. Windows update will download the correct drivers with no problem.
The Fireside Inn...
Bodies moving to vibrations of sound...
Many different voices singing to many styles of music...
Friends laughing, sharing and uplifting and supporting one another...
smiles a crossed the room...
toasts of celebration...
Old passions still unsaid - on faces to behold...
The new - sharing - who were briefly strangers...
Who are now friends...
This is Saturday night fun at a place known as the Fireside Inn...

What if...The game of life
What if for the next seven days you challenged yourself...
Do you have what it takes?
What if you do?
What if you decided that you would say or do something nice to each and every person as soon as you see them...?
Strangers, family and friends are all included...
What if you see that person many times a day?
Yes, the rules are each time you see them you come up with something to say or do...
What if you asked your family and friends to play too?
What might you discover about people you know?
What might people learn about you?
Might people discover things that you appreciate about them that they did not know?
What if this game was very fun and up lifting to play?
What if this game was contagious and people decided to tell people about it?
How many smiles will you bring?
How many hearts can you warm?
How many can warm your heart?
What if you began to play this game on your very next breath...

The friendship of communication...
Her and her best friend Jen made time to have a heart to heart talk and all misconceptions were laid to rest...
That strong bond that is known as a single word called - friendship...
Yes, they share that bond well...
It comes to mind that finding the balance between lives that are filled with busy schedules, that are often conflicting, is not as easy as it once was...
That fact that is not easy, does not mean it is not important to do.
I find myself often wishing that I had more time to share with my friends.
Even doing my blog posts are often in the middle of the night.
However busy you are, scheduling time to communicate is so important.
To let our friends know that we very much love them.
Have you taken the time to let your friends know that they are very much loved and needed?
You can't take for granted it is just something that they know, for just like a foreign language you used to speak but now never use, it is starts to be forgotten...
But have you noticed that sharing new moments with a friend, the time you spent away from each other is almost as if it was never there?
For gaps in time of a friendship have no meaning when you allow the "C" word word to blossom once again...
Communication is that which brings together - that which only appears to be separate...
Communication is what forges friendships - it is the fire that keeps them strong...
On a larger level we in America spent trillions of dollars on defense. How much of that money could be saved if we spent just a little money on great communicators?
Why not hire Tony Robbins to be an ambassador for America? Can you imagine how many friendships we could be forging in the world?
Instead of sending professional communicators we send our children with guns - and we call ourself a higher, more advanced society...
We've traded the club and the rock for an M-16...
How far have we really come?
Is it not blatantly apparent that the need for communication needs to be taken to a larger level?
OK, let me turn on Fox news...OK, apparently no one in charge realizes this...
You can't speak to a terrorist they are beyond communicating with you argue...
Well, yes when you can't speak very intelligently to your own country how exactly is that going to work talking to someone who is not all that rational?
The walk way in front of our house looks beautiful...
Why?
Because I did not do it, a professional did it...
Professional NLP based communicators are needed as ambassadors!
Lives, money, and face would be saved if this were in practice...
Ever talk to an M16?
Very dull interaction there...
I did not feel heard, or understood and all after the conversation...
I fought a lot when I was young...You know what I learned from all that fighting?
I got absolutely no where...
In contrast, everytime I have talked with people, and really listened and heard their needs, and did my best to share my own...a bond was formed...
No you could not see it with your eyes, you just knew it was there...
Kind of like Gods unconditional love...you can't see it, but you know it's there...
Communication strengths that bond, it renews that sharing...it builds up the "F" word...
Friendship...
Who will you share with today?

Last night's Loreena McKennitt Concert
As we walk from the parking garage to the center where the concert was we are holding hands and swinging them. As I look over Trista has a big smile. That same smile that I never get tired of seeing. My wife is fun, every moment with her is magical...
We walk though the security and in front of us is the booth were they sell the merchandise. I am scanning the merchandise quickly with my eyes. I spy a shirt that I know she will like. I point it out to her. She does like it, and we hand the cash to the vendor. Lots of ones...
I smile as I remember recently being at Costco with Trista, we paid the whole bill with ones (the change we had got from a recent garage sale) The check out clerk looks at all the ones and
I say excitedly "We're exotic dancers" - and then I bust out laughing.
The clerks says "You're bad" as she is laughing very hard too.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We walk into the concert find where are seats are and are way up at the very top, of the top of the concert hall. We did not expect much better seats - as we just got tickets a few days before the concert. We are very spontaneous like that.
One of the ushers walks up to us and says "how would you like better seats?"
We say "that would be great!"
So we move down out of "peanut heaven" to seats that are very good. We can actually see the people on the stage and know who is who :-)

Two rows from me is a wonderful person from our new "Course in Miracles" group. I say hello to her. A few moments later three more people from our course in miracles group show up and their seats are two rows in front of us. We say hello to them too.
Out of all those people at the concert - those people who focus on spiritually, love and lack of judgment are nearest us.

Much further away we see more friends. We see a group of friends that are mad at us for not condemning an ex-husband - who we are also very good friends with.
To expect either Trista or myself to judge or condemn anyone - is to first: not really know us - and second: to be very disappointed because it's never going to happen.
We will not judge or condemn anyone, not because it's the right thing to do.
But because it is simply who we are...
We love everyone and that is that...
We are not sorry we are this way...
We will not ever pretend to be different...

In case you're not familiar with Loreena's music go here
to view some videos.
Loreena has never been to Pittsburgh, PA before.
It was such a wonder to have her share the beauty of the gift of music with all of us.
As the concert begins - her voice is what you would imagine an angel would sound like...
Her skin looked like it was bathed in a golden light as her blond hair reflected the stage lights...it was as if she was an angel on stage...
She had a amazing purity about her...
I watched in amazement - as her voice gently caressed each and every person at the the concert...
The first time she spoke and explained how she got interested in this type of music - you could tell you were in the presence of a person that was so soft, so gentle, a deep and genuine caring and love was expressed in every word...
You could tell she lived this caring...
She lived this love...
She was sharing from the bottom of her heart in each breath...
The group of musicians that make the music were all equally amazing...
Each totally passionate about the music...each outstanding in not only their abilities but how they worked together as one wonderful expression...
From fast and exciting solo duals - to slow expressions of love...
Every moment was filled with a wonder that was ethereal....
From envisioning mountains with trees grounded in the observation of life....
To a single breath of love...
It was a wonderful sharing of love...
After the concert we were talking with Renee and Blake (good friends who we have not talked to since the beginning of the summer) Renee and Blake are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Renee introduced me to Trista 10 and half years ago. Renee is one of the worlds top fantasy artists you can see here work here
While we were talking Loreena came out and started meeting people and signing autographs.
We got to meet her in person. She talked to Trista's and signed her program.
She was such a sweetheart. I gave her a hug :-)
and we were off...it was such a wonderful evening!
